Barton Search - Rec2
Rec is recruiting a Recruitment Consultant to join its HR & Legal team in Worcester. The role is hybrid, with three days in the Worcester office, and offers a salary of £33,000–£40,000 plus commission.
You will handle a 360 recruitment desk focusing on white-collar hiring across HR and legal sectors. The successful candidate will have at least 12 months recruitment experience in any sector, and a genuine interest in developing long-term client and candidate relationships.
