Axiom Technologies is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer to provide daily desktop and onsite support. The primary responsibilities include operational support for Windows Server, handling incidents using Service Now, and coordination with vendors.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in troubleshooting hardware issues and providing L1/L2 support for desktops and peripherals. This is a hands-on position requiring complete onsite availability during UK business hours.
