We're looking for an experienced Dev Ops Engineer to join a growing technology business delivering complex, cloud-native solutions across a range of sectors.

Dev Ops Engineer (DV Cleared)

Location:

Worcester, UK (4/5 days on-site)
Salary: £60k + 10% Bonus

What you'll be doing

Designing and improving CI/CD pipelines
Managing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, Helm or Cloud Formation
Working extensively with Kubernetes and containerised environments
Driving automation, reliability and platform improvements
Contributing to technical discussions and architectural decisions
Enhancing observability through monitoring, logging and tracing

Key experience

Strong Kubernetes and cloud-native engineering background
Experience with Git Hub Actions, Git Lab CI or similar CI/CD tooling
Infrastructure as Code (Terraform preferred)
Python or similar scripting languages
Dev Ops best practices including automation, testing, secrets management and release processes
Excellent communication and documentation skills

Desirable

ArgoCD, Flux or other Git Ops tools
Prometheus, Grafana, Loki or ELK Stack
RE practices (SLIs, SLOs)
Dev Sec Ops experience
Event-driven architectures and messaging technologies
