We are now looking for an Insurance Advisor to join our team and work directly with our existing client base
. This role is all about nurturing relationships, providing guidance, and becoming a trusted advisor across your clients’ full insurance needs.

• Managing and strengthening relationships with an established portfolio of clients
• Providing consultations and advice on insurance requirements
• Acting as a key point of contact for client queries, changes, and ongoing support
• Understanding client needs and ensuring their cover accurately reflects their requirements
• Following internal processes, guidelines, and compliance standards
• Delivering exceptional service that reflects SJL’s commitment to excellence

• Confident working in an office environment
• Experienced in a customer-facing or client-support role
• An excellent communicator, able to build rapport quickly
• Comfortable discussing customer needs and translating them into actions
• Process-driven, organised, and able to follow guidelines accurately
