An established insurance business is looking to strengthen its team with an additional Account Handler to support continued activity across existing clients. The office has a personable, driven team culture and is looking for someone who can add energy, reliability, and long-term value.

Role Summary:

This role would suit an insurance professional who can come in and get up to speed quickly, supporting a mix of existing business and day-to-day client work. You'll be joining a team that values personality, drive, and a willingness to grow, while offering a stable environment for someone looking to develop over the next few years.

Key Responsibilities:

• Account Servicing:
  Handle client queries, renewals, and policy changes, giving you varied exposure across existing business
• Client Communication:
  Build trusted relationships with clients and provide clear, helpful support throughout the policy lifecycle
• Insurance Administration:
  Manage documentation, updates, and internal processes to keep client accounts running smoothly
• Team Support:
  Work closely with colleagues in a collaborative office environment where the right attitude is highly valued

Requirements:

• Previous experience within insurance, including personal lines, commercial insurance, or property insurance
• Strong client service skills and attention to detail
• Ability to adapt quickly and support an established book of business
• A proactive, driven approach with a genuine interest in long-term development
• Ideally local to Worcester and comfortable working 5 days a week in the office
