Contentious Probate Solicitor, 4+ Years PQE, Worcester, £55,000+ (DOE) – A fantastic opportunity

JOB

• This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of complex, high-value probate disputes, where strategic thinking and technical excellence are key.
• You will manage a diverse and stimulating contentious probate caseload from inception through to resolution, advising a broad client base that includes individuals, executors, trustees and beneficiaries.
• Handling a full range of contentious probate matters, including will validity disputes, inheritance claims and trust disputes.
• Providing clear, strategic advice to clients on complex and sensitive issues.
• Supervising and mentoring more junior members of the team, contributing to their development and the strength of the wider practice.

• Applications are sought from Contentious Probate Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ PQE.
• STEP and/or ACTAPS membership, or actively working towards accreditation (desirable).
• Strong technical expertise combined with sound commercial awareness.
• Confidence managing complex litigation and building trusted client relationships.
