About the Role:

We're looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join a busy Commercial Property team in Worcester. You'll support a Partner and two fee earners, handling correspondence, audio typing, file management, diary management, client engagement, and general admin.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience as a legal secretary, ideally in commercial/residential property.

Strong audio typing/dictation skills.

Confident with Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel, Docu Sign, Land Registry portal, and HMRC SDLT submissions.

Excellent attention to detail, organisation, and client care.

Ability to manage competing priorities, work independently, and thrive under pressure.
