A leading Legal 500 firm in Worcester is seeking an experienced Head of Private Client to lead its highly regarded private client team. This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to take a strategic leadership role, managing a busy team while handling high-value and complex private client matters.

You will be responsible for overseeing the Private Client department, with duties including:

• Managing a varied caseload of private client matters including wills, trusts, probate, estate planning, powers of attorney, and Court of Protection work.
• Leading and mentoring a team of solicitors, legal executives, and paralegals.
• Developing business and client relationships, including high-net-worth individuals and professional clients.
• Ensuring the delivery of high-quality client service and compliance with all regulatory requirements.
• Contributing to strategic planning and growth of the Private Client department.
