Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be recruiting an experienced Paralegal for a well-established law firm in Worcester. This role is perfect for a motivated individual with previous Family Law experience to join their busy Public Law team.

Paralegal Responsibilities:

• Supporting solicitors and fee earners with Public Law and Family Law matters.
• Preparing legal correspondence, court bundles, witness statements and other legal documents.
• Managing diaries, court hearings, key deadlines and maintaining accurate case files.
• Liaising with clients, courts, counsel, experts and external agencies.
• Assisting with Legal Aid matters, CCMS/LAA Portal administration and ensuring GDPR compliance.
• Previous experience within Family Law is essential.
• Strong knowledge of Public Law and Legal Aid Family matters.
• Excellent IT skills, including Microsoft Office and legal case management systems.
• Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Outstanding communication and client care skills, with the ability to support vulnerable clients professionally.
