An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join a well-established and growing property team in Worcester.
This role would suit a Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE who is looking to take the next step in their career within a supportive and ambitious firm. You'll enjoy a varied caseload, strong support infrastructure, and genuine opportunities for progression.
The RoleYou will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, handling a broad range of transactions including:
- Freehold & Leasehold Sales and Purchases
- Remortgages
- Transfers of Equity
- New Build Transactions
- Shared Ownership Matters
- Right to Buy Transactions
- Help to Buy Matters
- Property Portfolio Work
You will work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders and other professionals, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while maintaining exceptional levels of client care.
About You- Qualified Solicitor with 3-8 years' PQE in Residential Property
- Proven experience managing a full conveyancing caseload independently
- Strong technical knowledge across all aspects of residential conveyancing
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Commercially aware with a proactive and client-focused approach
