Purchasing Executive

As a Purchasing Executive, you will support procurement activities, supplier performance, quality compliance, stock availability and efficient supply chain operations.

• Managing purchase orders from placement through to delivery
• Monitoring supplier performance, quality and compliance
• Building strong supplier and freight partner relationships
• Supporting sourcing and supplier selection
• Resolving delivery, quality and documentation issues
• Tracking stock levels and supporting inventory management
• Coordinating inbound shipments and logistics activities
• Supporting process improvements and reporting

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain or logistics
• Understanding of import/export procedures and international shipping
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent attention to detail
• Confident using spreadsheets and business systems
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Positive, proactive and team-focused attitude
