Based in Bromsgrove (NO CPC Required)

£14.00 per hour

Temporary to Permanent – 10 Week Temp Period

C1 (7.5T) Driving Licence Essential

Millison Chase Limited is recruiting on behalf of a well‑established, family‑run UK‑wide specialist exterior cleaning company that works with some of the UK’s most prominent brands.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing team carrying out specialist cleaning and maintenance work on:

• Industrial units
• Office and commercial buildings
• Retail spaces
• Leisure facilities
• Public areas

Using state‑of‑the‑art machinery and equipment, you will help clean and maintain everything from brickwork and cladding to steel roofs and exterior surfaces.

You will work as part of a travelling team covering projects across the country. The role includes:

• Day shifts with occasional nights and weekend working
• Travelling to various customer sites nationwide
• Operating specialist cleaning equipment and machinery
• Working outdoors in a hands‑on environment and at heights
• Occasional overnight stays depending on location

Hotels and meals are fully provided when overnight stays are required.

• £14.00 per hour while employed through the agency
• After successful completion of the 10‑week temporary period, you will transfer permanently on the same £14.00 per hour rate
• 1.2x pay rate for unsociable hours
