Cleaning Supervisor

As a Cleaning Supervisor with ISS UK, you will play a key role in delivering a world‑class housekeeping service, ensuring the highest standards of quality and consistency for our customers and colleagues.

• Plan, organise, and coordinate cleaning operations to meet financial and performance targets.
• Lead by example with a passion for customer service and strong, inspiring leadership.
• Set and maintain high standards for yourself and your team.
• Create and manage cleaning schedules for your team.
• Deliver an exceptional level of cleaning service within your area of responsibility.
• Carry out general cleaning duties, including offices, meeting rooms, toilets, showers, vacuuming, and mopping.
• Use all cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and correctly.
• Maintain a safe working environment in line with Health & Safety regulations and company standards.

• Relevant experience in cleaning and supervising cleaning operations.
• Strong leadership skills.
• Excellent customer service skills.

• Able to communicate politely and effectively with all site users.
