Mobile Caretaker​/ Cleaner

Mobile cleaner required to work with a Worcester based award winning Housing Associations Maintenance team. I am looking for an experienced and professional mobile cleaner to help out on a temporary contract to carry out scheme cleaning across the Worcestershire region. Work will include communal area cleaning, clearing, fly tip removals, leaf clearance, weed spraying, litter picking, removing graffiti as well as day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.

Work will be carried out on sheltered accommodation, retirement schemes and villages as well as accommodation blocks. You will need to be friendly, approachable and have good communication skills. You will be covering Worcester and wider locations including Malvern. A full UK driving licence is essential. This is a full-time role Monday Friday 40 hours per week. 7.30am 16.00pm. Duration:
Temporary role for around 2 months. Pay rate: £16.78 per hour weekly paid. Requirements:
Minimum 3 years in caretaking, gardening, cleaning, labouring or similar role Full UK Driving Licence Good customer service skills Good IT skills as you will be using an iPad to access a portal to log all required repairs and completion of health and safety checks A positive can do attitude Interested?
