Pay & Benefits
- Salary: £35,000 – £45,000 basic per annum (DOE) + team productivity bonus
- Hours: Monday to Friday schedule (No weekends required)

Role OverviewSeeking a combined Vehicle Technician & MOT Tester to join our technical team. You will be responsible for conducting official MOT tests in full compliance with DVSA standards, alongside executing routine servicing, preventative maintenance, and core mechanical repairs across a varied customer vehicle mix.
Requirements- Active DVSA MOT Tester Licence (
Mandatory
). - NVQ Level 3 / IMI Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent time-served background).
- Strong practical experience across all-makes servicing, core mechanical repair, and accurate safety testing.
- Full UK driving licence & own hand tools.
- Base: Worcester Area (Free secure on-site parking)
- Road Links: Strategic central position with straightforward access via the M5 (Junctions 6/7), A449, and A44, offering smooth daily commutes across Worcestershire.
- Public Transport: Accessible via Worcester Foregate Street and Shrub Hill train stations alongside regional bus routes.
- Commutable From: Droitwich Spa, Fernhill Heath, Malvern, Powick, Pershore, and Kempsey.
