What you'll be doing:
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Laboratory Operations & Safety Manager to oversee the smooth, safe, and efficient running of our research and development facilities. This role is critical in ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, maintaining robust laboratory infrastructure, managing procurement processes, and enabling effective information, knowledge, and data management across R&D teams. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, systems-minded, and comfortable coordinating across scientific, operational, and commercial functions.

Main responsibilities:

Lead health & safety management, audits, and compliance. Oversee lab operations, equipment maintenance, and inventory control. Manage procurement for consumables and major Cap Ex items. Implement robust information and data management systems. Support multidisciplinary teams with streamlined processes and documentation. What experience you'll need to apply: 5 years in lab management or operations. Degree in a scientific discipline (or equivalent experience).

Strong knowledge of safety standards, workflows, and procurement. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Familiarity with data management and documentation practices. What you'll get in return for your experience:
