The Opportunity:

Technical Manager lead

The position of Technical Manager offers the opportunity to manage, motivate and drive the technical remit to achieve the highest possible results against technical strategy and expectations, alongside the positive interaction with key retail customers maintaining and further developing successful relationships and technical satisfaction.

In-depth knowledge of the major retailers’ technical systems is required, to compliment knowledge of all aspects of product flow from Fresh Produce crop to production, through to customer delivery. With the drive and commitment required to deliver continuous improvement across the technical function.

What You'll Bring:
Specialist Sector Experience
We require proven Technical expertise gained specifically within the competitive fresh produce sector:
Significant experience (3+ years preferred) gained at a Technologist or Technical Manager level within Fresh Produce

A deep understanding of the entire Fresh Produce Supply Chain.
Highly numerically minded and confident working with complex data.
Professional, confident, and highly effective communicator at all levels.
Ability to thrive and meet tight deadlines in a demanding, fast-paced environment.
