Branch Manager – Worcester
Experience: 5+ years in temporary recruitment (industrial and manufacturing) and proven biller capable of growing accounts and driving profitability.
Location: Worcester. The current branch will close in February, so local area knowledge to recommend a new branch site and build brand reputation is essential.
Salary: £40,000 – £45,000 per annum (DoE).
Additional Earning: Uncapped commission/bonus structure.
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am‑5pm (flexibility required for client needs).
