Are you an experienced property professional ready to step into management?

Our client, a highly regarded and leading independent estate agency in Worcester, is seeking a Trainee Lettings Manager to join their successful and expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who feels ready to take the next step into leadership — with full training, structure, and ongoing support provided.

The Opportunity

You will support in overseeing a well-established lettings department responsible for a portfolio of approximately 500 managed properties (department-wide). You will lead a small, experienced team, helping to maintain high service standards while identifying opportunities to grow and expand the business further.

This is a genuine step into management — ideal for someone ambitious and motivated who wants long-term career progression within a respected brand.

Key Responsibilities

* Supporting the management and motivation of a small lettings team

* Overseeing day-to-day departmental operations

* Ensuring compliance and regulatory standards are upheld

* Driving new business and increasing the managed portfolio

* Maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships

* Assisting in performance management and team development

Who We’re Looking For

We are open to candidates from various property backgrounds, including:

* Residential Lettings

* Property Management

* Senior Lettings Negotiator

* Assistant Manager level

* Portfolio Manager

You may already have some supervisory experience, or you may feel ready for your first formal management role.
