This is your chance to step up. Supporting the Retail Branch Manager, you’ll make sure our customers are the heart of everything we do. We champion a healthy work/life balance and encourage part‑time applications, working a minimum of 22.5 hours over three days.
- Ensure store standards, from front of house to the warehouse, run smoothly.
- Inspire the team by leading through example and motivating staff to deliver a great customer experience.
- Manage store operations: budgets, rotas, payroll, P&L analysis, stock management and profit improvement.
- Experience in management and a desire to advance your career.
- Instinctive understanding of customer needs and a commitment to deliver.
- Extremely driven, with an ability to hit targets and inspire others.
- Inquisitive, constantly questioning and improving processes.
- Passionate about the business.
