Site Manager – Worcestershire
I am recruiting for an experienced Site Manager within the New Build residential market to lead a development in Worcestershire.
Responsibilities- Day to day management of the site teams and driving productivity to reach programme targets
- Advising on sub‑contract selection and subsequent management
- Ensuring all works are carried out to required quality standards
- Promoting and maintaining a safe working environment
- Attending and participating in meetings as required
Previous experience in the new build housing market is essential.
