Director of Residential Surveying - Worcestershire

The Role

Clarke and Jay Surveyors is a well-respected independent practice with an enviable reputation for high quality work. Due to continued growth, we are now recruiting a Director of Building Surveying.

Are you ready to take the next step in your career to help drive forward the ambitious growth plans of this regional practice. The role includes:

• Leading the Building Surveying team in residential, historic and commercial surveying
• Carrying out and developing our Building Survey offers on prime residential property
• Carrying out and developing our RICS Level 1, Level 2 and Level 3 surveys
• Developing and broadening our offer into commercial property
• Seizing opportunities to grow our general practice work

We have a dedicated administration and support team based in our head office and a growing team of surveyors. You will be working closely with our Managing Director to drive forward the growth strategy and broaden the business offer.

We also offer in house training, CPD and technical support. The offer:

• Competitive salary - dependant on experience.
• On target earnings of £70,000 - £90,000 (pro-rata)

• Must be MRICS or AssocRICS Accredited
• Minimum of 5 years PQEExcellent communication skills
• Be able to demonstrate leadership and team development
• Passion for the built environment
• Experienced in defect diagnosis and report writing
