We are searching for three Portfolio Delivery Partners, these newly created roles are a fantastic opportunity for professionals who have considerable experience in managing portfolios within technology.

Your CV will demonstrate experience of working at well-known reputable organisations of scale and complexity. You will ideally hold qualifications such as APM, Prince 2, MSP, MoP. We require individuals who have worked at a strategic level before and can hold strong relationships with the SLT. You will shape demand, delivery assurance, financial performance and value realisation, ensuring that programmes and projects are aligned to Group strategy and deliver sustainable outcomes across multiple business areas.

• Own the end‑to‑end delivery performance of a defined Technology portfolio
• Set delivery and assurance expectations
• Provide leadership, coaching and direction to programme and project managers
• Act as a senior escalation point
• Own portfolio‑level risk, dependency and issue management
• Lead demand management

• Extensive experience of successfully managing the delivery of complex portfolios of projects and programmes including hands‑on delivery of large scale Technology projects
• Demonstrated experience influencing and advising Director level stakeholders
• Proven track record of demonstrating commercial acumen
• Substantial experience of producing compelling updates including making recommendations for changes needed to ensure delivery performance
• Advanced leadership skills managing both direct and matrix teams, building high performing inclusive and collaborative team cultures
