Essential CPC holder - Transport Manager (required to be the O licence holder) Thorough knowledge of the legislative and statutory responsibilities in relation to Vehicle and Fleet Management. Degree/professional qualification in a relevant subject or equivalent transferable skills and experience.

Experience of delivering fleet management across several service areas Substantial experience of managing staff and budgets.

Experience of delivering innovation and effective, sustainable and environmental initiatives Excellent planning and organisation skills. Excellent communication and presentation skills at all levels. Strong influencing skills, experience in dealing with difficult situations.
