WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 5:30pm JOB OVERVIEW This is an excellent opportunity to lead a busy accident repair operation where high standards, customer service and commercial performance matter. The Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager will oversee daily delivery, support the team and maintain efficient, high-quality repairs. Working with suppliers, customers and senior management, the Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager will monitor targets, profitability and management information while resolving operational issues and complaints.

The Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager will oversee workshop discipline, staff records and HR matters, helping maintain a professional and productive environment. DUTIES Your duties as the Bodyshop Manager / Accident Repair Centre Manager include:
Centre Efficiency:
Oversee the efficient running of the accident repair centre Commercial Performance:
Support and sustain company profitability Supplier Relationships:
Maintain effective supplier relationships and negotiate confidently Workshop Standards:
Manage workshop discipline and maintain professional standards across the team Work Allocation:
Delegate work effectively to maintain service levels Customer Service:
Ensure customers receive an efficient and satisfactory service HR Administration:
Maintain staff records and manage HR-related matters Target Monitoring:
Actively monitor progress against targets Management Information:
Maintain daily MI figures and report issues promptly to senior management Customer Resolution:
Handle complex customer enquiries and complaints CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS ESSENTIAL Previous bodyshop supervisory or management experience
