Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily packhouse operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and product quality
Leading, motivating, and developing a diverse team across multiple shifts
Managing production planning to meet customer specifications and tight deadlines
Ensuring compliance with food safety, technical standards, and audit requirements
Driving continuous improvement across processes, performance, and productivity
Collaborating with growing, technical, and logistics teams to maintain smooth supply chain flow About You

Proven experience in packhouse or production management within Fresh Produce or Food Manufacturing
Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and manage teams
Excellent organisational and problem‑solving abilities
A solid understanding of food safety, quality standards, and retailer requirements
Confidence using production systems and KPI data
