The Role

A leading FMCG manufacturer is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a highly automated production facility following a major site investment programme. The role supports cutting-edge production lines including robotics, conveyors, and advanced processing equipment.

You will play a key role in ensuring equipment reliability, supporting continuous improvement, and maintaining high operational standards in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding on FMCG production machinery

• Maintenance of automated lines, conveyors, and palletiser robots

• PLC fault diagnostics and minor modifications

• Working on hydraulics, pneumatics,

• Supporting processing and packaging equipment

• Fabrication and machining where required

• Participation in planned and reactive maintenance

• Level 3 qualification in Engineering / Mechatronics

• Apprenticeship trained or time-served engineer

• Confident fault-finding on PLC-controlled systems

• Salary: up to £50,000 DOE
