A skilled production firm in Worcester is searching for an experienced Tool Maker / Bench Fitter to maintain and repair press tooling for production. The ideal candidate will possess a City and Guilds Engineering Level 2 (or equivalent) and experience in tool making and repair. This hands-on role offers a competitive salary, a comprehensive benefits package, and the chance to work in a supportive production environment focused on minimizing downtime and improving efficiency.

Shift hours are Monday to Friday with an early finish on Fridays.
