Monday – Thursday: 7:30am – 4:30pm

Friday: 7:30am – 1:00pm (Early Finish)

The Opportunity

We are recruiting for a skilled and detail-driven Furniture Sprayer to join a respected workshop specialising in high-quality, bespoke furniture and cabinetry.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes genuine pride in their workmanship and wants to be part of a professional team producing premium finished products to an exceptional standard.

What You’ll Be Doing

Spraying bespoke furniture, cabinets, doors, and panels

Surface preparation including sanding, filling, and priming

Mixing paints, lacquers, and finishes to precise specifications

Operating spray equipment to achieve flawless, consistent finishes

Conducting quality inspections to ensure high standards are maintained

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised spray booth

Working closely with the workshop team to meet production deadlines

What We’re Looking For

Proven experience as a Furniture Sprayer (essential)

Experience working on bespoke or high-end furniture preferred

Excellent attention to detail and finishing standards

Ability to work independently and as part of a small, skilled team

Reliable, punctual, and organised
