Join our dynamic team at Siemens Energy, a leader in additive manufacturing. We are committed to innovation and excellence, and we are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Manufacturing Production Controller to support our planning and scheduling activities in a fast-paced environment.

How You'll Make a Difference
  • Create, maintain, and update production plans and schedules in line with customer demand and operational capacity
  • Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as needed to minimize delays and disruptions
  • Work closely with shop floor teams daily to monitor progress, respond to issues in real-time, and help keep production running to schedule
  • Liaise with production, procurement, stores, and logistics teams to ensure material and resource availability
  • Track work orders, stock levels, and production performance to support on‑time delivery
  • Analyze production data and prepare reports to support planning decisions and operational performance
  • Identify bottlenecks, shortages, and scheduling conflicts, escalating issues as necessary
  • Support continuous improvement activities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and workflow planning
  • Maintain accurate system data and documentation related to production activity
What You Bring
  • 3–5 years of previous experience in a Production Controller, Production Planner, or similar role within a manufacturing environment
  • Good knowledge of production planning and scheduling processes
  • Strong Excel skills, with the ability to analyze data, manage spreadsheets, and produce reports
  • Experience using SAP is highly desirable
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively across multiple departments
  • Excellent organizational skills with a methodical and accurate approach to work
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, solve problems, and remain hands‑on in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong planning and scheduling knowledge, advanced Excel capability, and ideally SAP experience, who is looking to play a key role in a fast‑paced additive manufacturing business with close involvement in shop floor operations.
