Deburrer Operative

Yamazaki Mazak is a leading global manufacturing company based in Worcester. Jonathan Lee Workforce Solutions is the preferred supplier to Mazak and is seeking a part‑time De:

Burrer/FLT Driver.

The role will be on day shifts.

• Removing burrs and sharp edges from machined metal parts.
• Operating a forklift truck to deliver parts, etc.
• Carry out basic transactional work on PCs.
• Work within a team of production operatives.
• Promote a positive culture among staff by engaging in H&S improvements and kaizen initiatives.

• Solid understanding of what good looks like.
• Self‑motivated attitude and can‑do attitude.
• Prior experience working within a team in a busy manufacturing environment.

• Prior experience of using forklift trucks and removing sharp edges with hand tools.

• Working hours Monday to Friday 8:15 am to 4:30 pm.
• Overtime paid at 1.5 times for first two hours, then 1.5 times thereafter each day;
