FMC Limited is seeking an Operational Excellence Coach for a remote/field-based role across the UK, Ireland, and wider EMEA. You will spend ~90% of time on customer factory floors across multiple plants, driving rapid 90-day transformation cycles and delivering tangible OEE and productivity improvements.
You will coach operators to adopt Lean behaviours, run Kaizen events, and partner with plant leadership to sustain improvements.
