Manufacturing Support Coordinator

Manufacturing Support Coordinator Required

Materials Solutions, Siemens Energy, Worcester, UK

Rate: £33 per hour PAYE / £42 per hour Umbrella

Hours:

37.5 hours per week (7.5 hours per day)

Start Date:

ASAP (subject to onboarding and compliance completion)

Contract:

Initial temporary assignment

We are currently recruiting for a Manufacturing Support Coordinator to join Materials Solutions, Siemens Energy in Worcester. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in manufacturing, production support, or operations who is looking to play a key role in supporting production flow and schedule adherence within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review SAP Production Orders in line with established processes, identifying and correcting discrepancies accurately.
  • Coordinate the movement of Work in Progress (WIP) through manufacturing and inspection queues to maintain operational flow.
  • Maintain accurate schedules and visibility of quality-assessed WIP to support Inspection priorities.
  • Work closely with Manufacturing, Inspection, and Engineering teams to resolve routine data and routing issues.
  • Escalate blockers and support the efficient progression of production orders.
Skills & Experience Required
  • Previous experience within a manufacturing, production support, inspection, or operations environment.
  • Experience using SAP or a similar ERP/production management system.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow structured processes consistently.
  • Excellent organisational and communication skills.
  • Comfortable undertaking manual handling activities in accordance with site safety procedures.
