Our client, a market leader in heating and hot water solutions, is currently recruiting Factory Operatives to join their growing Logistics Department.
Pay Rates
£13.03/hour – Morning Shift
Overtime Rates:
Weekdays: £17.37/hour
Saturday: £19.55/hour
Sunday: £26.06/hour
✅ Pay Increase After 12 Weeks
£13.52/hour – Morning Shift
Working Hours
Average 39 hours per week
Flexibility required: 24 to 45 hours per week depending on business needs
Key Responsibilities
As a Line Feeder, you will play a vital role in supporting production operations by ensuring manufacturing lines are supplied with the correct materials and components at all times.
Duties include:
Supplying production lines with materials and components required for assembly.
Transporting stock, parts, and pallets between warehouse and production areas.
Monitoring stock levels on production lines and replenishing materials as required.
Using pallet trucks and other material-handling equipment safely.
Carrying out stock checks and reporting shortages or discrepancies.
Working closely with production operators, team leaders, and logistics colleagues.
Following all health and safety procedures and maintaining a clean work area.

Previous factory, warehouse, or logistics experience is desirable but not essential

Physically capable of manual work, including regular walking and moving materials throughout the factory
