We're looking for a Senior Social Media Manager to join our team in London on a permanent basis.

This role offers a salary of £55,000 - £60,000 and a hybrid working pattern of 2 days in the office and 3 days from home each week. What you will be doing;
Lead the development and evolution of ICAEW's cross-channel social media strategy, ensuring alignment with organisational objectives and international priorities. Lead the planning, launch and optimisation of major social media campaigns, driving measurable results and continuous improvement. Develop and embed social media policies, playbooks and governance frameworks to ensure consistency, compliance and best practice across all platforms. Define and monitor social media KPIs and performance, using data and insights to inform strategic decisions and future planning.

Line manage and develop a team of two, providing coaching, performance management and supporting their ongoing development. Manage senior stakeholders and provide strategic direction across content, channels and emerging social media opportunities, working with external agencies where required. What you will need;
Experience Solid experience working within a busy digital marketing environment, with strong expertise across social media channels. Proven experience creating, developing and executing successful cross-channel social media strategies and plans. Demonstrable examples of growing audiences and delivering measurable improvements across engagement, reach and conversions. Strong and demonstrable line management experience, with experience coaching and developing team members. Strong knowledge of social media content, platforms, trends and algorithms, with experience using insights and performance data to optimise activity.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including copywriting/editorial capability and the confidence to influence and manage senior stakeholders.
