  • Content production and channel best practice
  • Performance marketing fundamentals and analytics
  • Copywriting and brand tone of voice
  • Basic project management and stakeholder communication
  • Using tools such as CRM systems, spreadsheets and reporting dashboards
What we’re looking for

We’re looking for potential, attitude and coachability. You’ll ideally be someone who:

  • Is genuinely interested in marketing, advertising and digital media
  • Enjoys learning how brands drive attention, engagement and conversion
  • Is organised, reliable and pays attention to detail
  • Communicates clearly (written and verbal)
  • Is comfortable with numbers and data (e.g., spreadsheets, performance metrics)
  • Can manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
  • Is proactive, takes ownership, and enjoys working as part of a team
What we offer
  • A supportive, fast‑paced agency environment with exposure to real client work
  • Mentoring and development from experienced marketers
  • Opportunity to build a portfolio across content, social, web and reporting
  • Clear progression opportunities for the right person

Training and development:
You’ll receive structured apprenticeship training, mentoring from experienced marketers, regular feedback, and protected off-the-job learning time—plus the opportunity to build a portfolio and progress within the business.
