Marketing Business Partner - 6 Month FTC

£45,000 - £47,000 | Worcester | 6 Month FTC | Potential to go Permanent

I'm working with a well-established professional services business in Worcester who are looking for a Marketing Business Partner to join them on an initial 6 month FTC, with the potential for the role to become permanent.

This is a really hands-on Marketing BP role and would suit someone who enjoys being close to the business, working with senior stakeholders and, most importantly, owning campaigns from start to finish.

You won't be sitting back and waiting for briefs to land. They're looking for someone proactive who can understand what the business needs, come up with ideas and then actually get stuck in and deliver them.

What you'll be doing:

Taking ownership of end-to-end marketing campaigns, from initial brief and planning through to delivery and reporting

Working closely with senior stakeholders and teams across the business to understand their objectives and turn them into effective marketing activity

Managing multiple campaigns and projects at the same time and keeping everything on track

Delivering activity across a range of channels including digital, social, content, print and marketing collateral

Coming up with new ideas and spotting opportunities to add value

Reporting on campaign performance, results and costs

Supporting with content creation, editing and proofreading

Managing social media content and scheduling

Working with the wider marketing team and coordinating resources to get projects delivered

Supporting with events and webinars when needed, although this is much more of a campaign-focused role than an events role

Helping with website, newsletter and internal marketing activity

What they're looking for:

You'll ideally be a generalist marketer with strong campaign management experience who is comfortable taking ownership and getting things done.

You'll need to be:

Confident managing end-to-end campaigns

Comfortable working with and influencing senior stakeholders

Highly organised and able to juggle multiple priorities

A strong communicator with excellent attention to detail

Commercially minded and able to understand what the business is trying to achieve

Proactive, responsive and someone who naturally takes ownership

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Happy to roll your sleeves up and get stuck in rather than relying on lots of support around you

A marketing degree and/or CIM qualification would be great, but sector experience isn't essential. They're open to candidates from outside professional services/legal, as long as you've got the right marketing and campaign experience.

📍 Worcester - ideally 5 days a week, but they're open to discussing 3 days in the office for the right person
💰 £45,000-£47,000
📅 6 month FTC with potential to go permanent
⏰ ASAP start preferred
📆 Full-time preferred, but they're open to 4 days a week
