Acorns Children’s Hospice Trust is seeking a Community Partnership Worker for our Worcester hospice to develop a peer support programme and youth leadership initiative, with the aim of increasing grief literacy. The role involves collaborating with schools and community organisations to support bereaved siblings.
You will map community assets, create youth-focused resources, and facilitate workshops. Travel across the region is required, and DBS checks will be conducted as part of safeguarding.
