AboutThe Role
We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Team Supervisor to join our Reablement Service. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dedicated team supporting individuals to regain independence, confidence, and daily living skills following illness, injury, or hospital discharge.
As a Team Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring high‑quality, person‑centred care, supporting staff development, and driving positive outcomes for service users.
Key Responsibilities- Provide supervisory and leadership support to a team of 24 Assistants
- Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and safeguarding standards
- Conduct supervision sessions, appraisals, and performance management
- Liaise with health and social care professionals, families, and stakeholders
- Support recruitment, induction, and training of staff
- Maintain accurate records and ensure high standards of documentation
- Participate in a duty rota
- Passionate about promoting independence and delivering person‑centred care
- Experienced in supervising or leading a team within health or social care
- Knowledgeable about Reablement principles and best practice
- A strong communicator with excellent organisational skills
- Able to problem‑solve and make decisions in a fast‑paced environment
