Job Summary

This is a full‑time post, but applicants looking for 30 hours per week will also be considered.

Hereford & Worcestershire Health & Care Trust is offering two new Band 5 podiatrist roles designed for newly qualified and early‑career podiatrists. The posts are based across Worcester City and Malvern sites, offering exposure to community, acute foot health and outpatient settings.

• Assess, diagnose and manage patients with a wide range of foot health conditions under the guidance of senior clinicians.
• Provide podiatric care to patients with diabetes, PAD, musculoskeletal conditions, wounds and other complex health needs.
• Participate in community clinics, home visits, hospital outpatient clinics and inpatient services.
• Perform nail surgery as part of a rota.
• Join the team in telephone triage for new and existing patients, prioritising care for those most at risk.
• Participate in peer review, reflective practice and audit, and actively engage in clinical supervision.
• Maintain accurate clinical records and contribute to service audits and quality improvement initiatives.
