£24.50 per hour | 33.75 hours per week

Tuesday, Friday & Saturday nights

Are you a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse looking for a rewarding night-time role where you can make a real difference?

We're looking for an experienced Night Nurse to join our team in Worcester, providing high-quality, person-centred care and supporting our residents to live their best lives.

You will have:

• A valid NMC Registration
• Evidence of ongoing personal and professional development since registration
• A genuine commitment to enabling residents to live their best lives
• A willingness to continue learning and developing your skills
• A full UK driving licence

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

• A strong drive and commitment to providing high-quality care and exceeding expectations
• Experience in Dementia and End of Life care
• Experience using an electronic care planning system, preferably PCS
• Experience developing and implementing person-centred care plans
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, resident-focused approach
