Bell Cornwall Recruitment are pleased to be hiring a Part Time Compliance Officer at an education establishment in Worcester. They are looking for an organised and detail‑oriented individual to support compliance, policy management and regulatory requirements across the college.

Part Time Compliance Officer responsibilities:

• Review and maintain college policies and procedures
• Ensure compliance with safeguarding, GDPR, health & safety and statutory requirements
• Support inspections, audits and compliance reporting
• Liaise with internal teams and external agencies
• Maintain accurate records and provide general administrative support

The ideal candidate will have:

• Previous compliance experience, ideally within education
• Strong knowledge of UK compliance and regulatory requirements
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
• The ability to work to deadlines
