Customer Quality Specialist - Join Our Team! Are you passionate about quality, customer satisfaction, and problem-solving? Our client in Redditch, Worcestershire is looking for a Customer Quality Specialist to support customer concerns, complete quality inspections, and maintain high standards across the business. If you have experience in manufacturing, understand quality processes, and enjoy working with both data and customers, this role could be perfect for you!
Key Responsibilities- Build trust and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Investigate and resolve customer issues using root cause analysis
- Support implementation of corrective and preventive actions
- Conduct internal audits related to customer concerns
- Carry out ISIR inspections and support PPAP documentation
- Provide quality feedback to manufacturing and engineering teams
- Monitor and maintain quality KPIs and reports
- Analyze data to identify trends and potential issues

- Manufacturing & Quality
Experience:
Experience working in a manufacturing environment (automotive advantageous) - Knowledge of quality inspection processes, materials, or components
- Understanding of non-conformances, containment, and corrective actions
- Familiarity with PPAP, ISIR, or general quality documentation
- Ability to interpret engineering drawings (advantageous)
- Experience using basic inspection tools (e.g., verniers, micrometers)
- Accurate data entry and document control
- Comfortable compiling reports and maintaining records
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel for data, Word for reports)
- Ability to follow structured processes and standards
- Strong analytical and problem-solving ability
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Able to work independently and collaboratively
- Proactive, organised, and able to prioritise work effectively
- Takes ownership from start to finish
