Quality Manager
Up to £60,000 + bonus + excellent benefits
Location:
Worcester; this is a site‑based role Monday‑Friday
Ready to take full ownership of quality in a fast‑growing, international manufacturing business?
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership.
What you’ll be doing- Owning and driving the quality strategy
- Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems
- Improving supplier performance & product quality
- Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis
- Reducing non‑conformance & driving continuous improvement
- Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing (automotive/aerospace/building materials would be ideal)
- Strong ISO/audit/compliance knowledge
- Experience with supplier quality management
- Hands‑on, driven, "get it done" mindset
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Up to £60,000 DOE + bonus
- Clear progression to Head of Quality / Director
