This is a hands‑on leadership role where you’ll shape quality strategy, drive improvements, and have real influence across operations, supply chain, and senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing

Owning and driving the quality strategy
Leading audits, ISO compliance & quality systems
Solving problems using 8D, FMEA, root cause analysis
Reducing non-conformance & driving continuous improvement
Reporting directly into senior leadership

What We Need

Proven Quality Manager experience in manufacturing ideally from automotive / aerospace / construction products.
Strong ISO / audit / compliance knowledge.
Experience with supplier quality management.
Hands‑on, driven, “get it done” mindset.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
