• Lead and coordinate daily inspection activities to meet quality and production targets
• Supervise, support, and coach inspection operators
• Ensure compliance with company, customer, and regulatory standards
• Review inspection results, manage non-conformances, and support corrective actions
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives
• Maintain and improve inspection procedures and standard work
• Monitor performance KPIs (quality, throughput, scrap, rework)
• Work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams
• Ensure correct use and calibration of inspection equipment
• Promote a safe and organized working environment

• Proven experience in an inspection/manufacturing environment
• Strong hands‑on experience with:
  • GOM optical measurement system
  • CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machines)
  • Visual inspection techniques
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and specifications
• Strong problem‑solving and decision‑making skills
• Effective communication and team leadership capability
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience
• Knowledge of ISO / AS9100 or similar quality standards
• Lean / Continuous Improvement experience
