This is a full-time, on-site Commercial Surveyor role located in the Worcester and Kidderminster area, focusing on Management and Agency services. The role involves handling client instructions for managing, selling, and letting a variety of commercial and rural properties. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting property inspections, preparing property valuations, negotiating leases, overseeing property management portfolios, marketing commercial and rural properties, and providing professional advice to clients.
The chosen candidate will work closely with other surveyors in the team to ensure high-quality service delivery.
- Experience and knowledge in property management, commercial property sales, and lease negotiations.
- Strong skills in property valuation, market research, and agency services.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for drafting contracts, reports, and communicating with clients.
- Proficiency in negotiation, time management, and organizational skills.
- A degree in a related field (e.g., Real Estate, Surveying, or Property Management) and up to 2 years of post-qualification experience (PQE).
- Membership or eligibility for membership in a relevant professional body (e.g., RICS).
- Familiarity with local property markets and a commitment to providing outstanding client service.
- A valid driver’s license and access to transportation for property visits.
