- To prepare and cook on a large scale, desserts from scratch using fresh ingredient for multiple lunch exports, after school club and events.
- To be able to use commercial kitchen equipment.
- Ensuring the food safety of pupils with special diets
- Undertaking additional basic food preparation.
- Serving hot lunches to pupils and staff.
- Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen environment, to include
- disposing of waste appropriately.
- Completing a cleaning rota.
- Packing, delivering and serving food to export sites when required.
- Maintaining a high standard of Food Hygiene and Health and Safety, to ensure safe practices are followed.
- Attending any training as required.
- Carrying out any other duties within the grade as and when required. hen required.
