What's involved?

As Sous Chef, you'll support the Head Chef in the day-to-day running of the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards while leading and developing the team.

Your responsibilities will include:

Supporting the daily operation of the kitchen.
Leading the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence.
Preparing and delivering high-quality dishes.
Training and motivating the kitchen team.
Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards.
Managing stock and minimising waste.
Helping deliver a smooth and efficient service.
