Customer Service Assistant

Job Overview

The Role is focused on delivering a positive customer experience. You will help customers by ensuring parking is easy, trolleys are within reach, help is available, stock is correctly located, deliveries are on time, and payments are handled politely.

• Provide welcoming customer service in a fast‑moving store environment
• Maintain smooth customer flow from entry to checkout
• Ensure product availability and timely restocking
• Process payments with a friendly attitude
• Work 16 hours across four different shifts, including Sundays

• Experience in a similar retail customer‑service role preferred
• Ability to work flexible shifts and weekends
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude

• Pay rate based on age: £12.71 p/hr if 21+, £12.00 p/hr if 18‑20, £8.82 p/hr if under 18
• Up to £300 per month gain‑share bonus
